轻钢别墅的楼面构造

轻钢别墅的楼面由冷弯薄壁型钢架或组合梁、楼面OSB结构板，支撑、连接件等组成。 所用的材料是定向刨花板，水泥纤维板，以及胶合板。 在这些轻质楼面上每平方米可承受316~365公斤的荷载。 轻钢别墅的楼面结构体系重量仅为国内传统的混凝土楼板体系的四分之一到六分之一，但其楼面的结构高度将比普通混凝土板高100~120毫米。
